What are the kiosk sizes?

We have different size of kiosks, 3m x 3m, 4m x 3m, 6m x 3m, 6m x 6m

And some kiosks are portable and some kiosks are fixed as per venue requirements

How many games are there?

We do have more than 50 types of games

How many games per single kiosk?

Based on the kiosk size and the game size, some games would require 3m width and most of the games require 1.5m width, usually the size of 3m x 3m would take 2 games.

Do you charge per game or per kiosk?

We do charge per kiosk, then depending on the client preference, it might include 1 or 2 games maximum per each 3m width, or more games for bigger kiosks, cost is not affected per game.

How do you charge?

Clients hire our services for their events, clients pay our full setup, and when we operate, the client is free to provide the service to his end clients free of charge or charged, and the later, client gets all income.

Are the games fixed?

If by fixed, means the games are rigged or manipulated to control winning and losing, no, and when asked during operations, we show players the tools and he is free to investigate the games. Actually, we are proud of that fact, which makes us stand out of the trials of others whom try to copy us

Can the kiosk be branded?
Yes, we do provide our clients with all possible branding options.

What is the kiosk shell made of?

We do have 2 types of setups, PVC shell and the mesh setup

What kind of venues you work at?

We do work at all venues: Malls, Compounds, Schools, Universities, Private locations…etc

Can it be free for the guests?

Yes, you hire our services and you set the rules.

Can it be charged?

Yes, you hire our services and you set the rules.

Are you subject to any taxes?

In Egypt there is entertainment tax and vat tax

Can we hire the kiosks without the operators?

No, we provide a full service, kiosks, transportation, installation, operation and dismantle. We do not allow third party operators

What kind of gifts do you provide?

Sky is the Limit, this depends on the client, either we provide gifts within the client budget, or the client would provide the gifts on his own and we do the operations.

Is it same like a mawlid game?

No, this is a misconception, this is a whole type of games and operation, relating it to Mawlid games, is narrow minded

Can the games be themed to my event?

Yes, as we do branding for the kiosk, some games can be themed to the event theme

Can we choose the games?

Of course you can, but notice that the games list we provide to our clients is sorted as per the attractiveness in Egypt and we do change it from time to time accordingly. Meaning that as you move down the list, the less attractive the game is

I think the game is too easy

The idea of the game is it looing so easy yet it is not that easy as it requires specific skills

Do I have to buy the gifts from you?

No, client can provide the gifts from his side

Do you provide only one type of gifts?

If gifts are provided by us, we do have the options of, Hats, soft toys, Bracelets, Tattoos

Can I choose specific type and look of the gifts?

If we are to provide you with the gifts, we will send you gifts that represent the quality of the gifts we have, but not the final look, why? We either have the gifts at our warehouses or we do get it from suppliers, we can not promise the client of any design as the stock we have or the supplier may have, are subject to change according to orders from other clients, and for us to send you the final look, will depend on confirmation from the client on the order.

Where can we find these games?

We mainly work on hire bases, where clients hire our services and we operate at their venues. That said, we are launching few venues as permanent locations and will be advertised soon.
